Warning! If you break a lease before the end of a fixed term, you may be liable to pay a break-lease fee and other costs including advertising, reletting fees, and rent until a new tenant is found.

This notice form is for tenants whose lease is ending or who are on a periodic (month-to-month) agreement, and for occupants whose occupancy agreement is ending.
