About Graeme
Starting his Real Estate Career in Newtown in 1994, Graeme has seen the Real Estate industry change from only using window displays and newspaper advertising to become Internet and web-based. Even though we have seen a technological revolution, all Real Estate transactions are conducted by people, being a buyer, seller, tenant or landlord. Having the ability to bring people and property together and to negotiate successful outcomes by delivering real customer service is a disappearing skill. People are not numbers and are to be treated as valuable individuals to have their needs met.
Graeme has a well-established variety of skills in Real Estate, often working in multiple positions as a Senior Property Manager, Senior Sales Manager, and Licensee in Charge. He has seen the good the bad and the ugly of the real estate industry. Being a graduate of the Tom Hopkins Sales Academy and completing sales training with The Jenman Group Graeme has an extensive background in sales. This has led Graeme to a better understanding of the entire real estate sales process, which allows Graeme to help all the important individuals in the sales process leading to the best possible result.
Graeme has a long history in conducting real estate transactions. His speciality areas have been in and around Alexandria, Bondi, Camperdown, Central Coast, Chippendale, Darlinghurst, Darlington, Dulwich Hill, Erskineville, Elisabeth Bay, Marrickville, Newtown, Randwick, Redfern, St Peters, Surry Hills, Potts Point, Waterloo, Vaucluse and much more.
The diversity of Real Estate excites Graeme, who still gets a great deal of satisfaction from seeing clients achieve either personal or financial goals through their real estate decisions. Whether it is a long-term client growing their property portfolio, or a first home-buyer entering the market for the first time, Graeme ensures the personal objectives of each client is the number one priority.
